Account information

You can update your account information by following the steps below:

1. Tap on the Profile button at the top right of the home screen to go to your profile.
2. Tap on the Settings button at the top right of your profile.
3. Tap on Account.
4. Tap on Account information.

You can update the following account information:

• Username
• Email address
• Phone number
• Country
• Date of birth

Change your password

You can change your password by following the steps below:

1. Tap on the Profile button at the top right of the home screen to go to your profile.
2. Tap on the Settings button at the top right of your profile.
3. Tap on Account.
4. Tap on Change password.
5. Type your current password.
6. Type your new password.
7. Type your new password again to confirm.
8. Tap on Update.

Delete account

You can delete your Chatter account by following the steps below:

1. Tap on the Profile button at the top right of the home screen to go to your profile.
2. Tap on the Settings button at the top right of your profile.
3. Tap on Account.
4. Tap on Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
5. Tap on Confirm.

Your account will be deactivated and hidden immediately, and the account will be permanently deleted after 30 days. If you want to cancel the deletion, please log in to your account within 30 days. Once your account has been permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered.
