Feedback and Support
You can submit feedback or contact our support team simply by shaking your phone while the Chatter app is open or by going to your profile > Settings > Feedback and Support.
- Please read the Feedback section under Intellectual Property Rights in our Terms of Service before submitting any feedback to Chatter.
- Please submit each bug report, improvement suggestion or feature request separately and don't submit multiple unrelated tickets together. This will help us track and prioritize each ticket.
- We may reply to your tickets and you will get a notification when we do. You will be able to reply and chat with us directly within the Chatter app. Going forward, this will be the only way to contact our support team instead of messaging the Chatter team directly on Telegram or Chatter.
- You can view your previous tickets by shaking your phone and tapping on the back arrow at the top left or by tapping on the Chatter logo at the top left of the home screen. If there is a reply from us to any ticket, you will see a red dot on it.
Note: We’re aware of the issue on some iPhones where high sensitivity can accidentally trigger the new ticket screen. This will be fixed in the next update. In the meantime, you can disable the shake and report feature by going to your profile > Settings > Feedback and Support.
