Chatter Pro is a premium subscription that unlocks powerful creator tools, monetization and analytics to help you grow and monetize your content and community.

Chatter Pro features and benefits

• Monetization: Monetize your content and community.
  • Set a RocketChat goal amount while starting or scheduling live rooms.
  • Create subscriber groups with paid memberships that require people to join by paying a subscription fee.
  • Link your bank account via Stripe and withdraw your revenue.
• Backstage analytics: Your money, your fans, your numbers. See your balance and supporters at a glance, full room recaps showing what each room earned, who gave what, who held the room, when people joined and how long they stayed, plus audience and retention, group analytics for communities you run, and your best hours to go live.
• Verification: Verification signals authenticity and builds trust, giving others more confidence to connect and interact with you, and protects you from impersonation.  Request verification from Backstage in the app and you will get a notification the moment you are approved. Learn more here.
• GIF Avatar: Set a GIF as your avatar to stand out from the crowd.
• Unlimited profile photos: Add as many profile photos as you like. Free accounts have a maximum of 3.
• Priority Support: Get priority support when we have high volume of support tickets.
• Chatter Studio: Chatter Studio lets you join your Chatter room from your computer browser and stream video and audio directly from your computer to your Chatter rooms. Available to all Chatter Pro subscribers.

Subscribe to Chatter Pro

1. Open the Chatter app.
2. Go to Settings and tap Backstage, or tap any Chatter Pro feature.
3. Select Monthly or Yearly.
4. Tap on Start free trial.

Chatter Pro subscription price

You can subscribe to Chatter Pro monthly or yearly plan:

• $19.99 monthly with 7 days free trial.
• $199.99 yearly with 14 days free trial.

This is the base price in USD. The price you will be charged will vary based on currency exchange rates for each country set by Apple and Google.

Cancel Chatter Pro subscription

If you want to cancel your Chatter Pro subscription, you can do that in the App Store on iPhone or Play Store on Android. When you cancel your Chatter Pro subscription, you can still access Chatter Pro features and benefits until the end of the current subscription period. There will be no refund for the remaining days as per Chatter Terms of Service.

1. Open App Store.
2. Tap on your profile picture at the top right.
3. Tap on Subscriptions.
4. Tap on Chatter.
5. Tap on Cancel Subscription.

Android

1. Open Play Store.
2. Tap on your profile picture at the top right.
3. Tap on Payments & subscriptions.
4. Tap on Subscriptions.
5. Tap on Chatter.
6. Tap on Cancel subscription.

What happens when your Chatter Pro subscription expires

After your current subscription period is over, you will not have access to any Chatter Pro features or benefits:

• You will not be able to set RocketChat goal while starting or scheduling live rooms.
• You and your group subscribers will not be able to access your subscriber groups.
• You will not be able to link your bank account or withdraw your revenue.
• You will not have access to Backstage analytics.
• Your verified badge will be removed.
• Profile photos beyond the first 3 will be hidden.
• You will not be able to set GIF avatars.
• You will not get priority support when we have high volume of support tickets.
• You will not have access to Chatter Studio.
