Chatter Pro is a premium subscription that unlocks powerful creator tools, monetization and analytics to help you grow and monetize your content and community.

Subscribe to Chatter Pro

1. Open the Chatter app.
2. Tap on the Profile button at the top right of the home screen to go to your profile.
3. Tap on the $ button at the top right.
4. Select Monthly or Yearly.
5. Tap on Start free trial.

Chatter Pro subscription price

You can subscribe to Chatter Pro monthly or yearly plan:

• $19.99 monthly with 7 days free trial.
• $199.99 yearly with 14 days free trial.

This is the base price in USD. The price you will be charged will vary based on currency exchange rates for each country set by Apple and Google.

Cancel Chatter Pro subscription

If you want to cancel your Chatter Pro subscription, you can do that in the App Store on iPhone or Play Store on Android. When you cancel your Chatter Pro subscription, you can still access Chatter Pro features and benefits until the end of the current subscription period. There will be no refund for the remaining days as per Chatter Terms of Service.

iPhone

1. Open App Store.
2. Tap on your profile picture at the top right.
3. Tap on Subscriptions.
4. Tap on Chatter.
5. Tap on Cancel Subscription.

Android

1. Open Play Store.
2. Tap on your profile picture at the top right.
3. Tap on Payments & subscriptions.
4. Tap on Subscriptions.
5. Tap on Chatter.
6. Tap on Cancel subscription.

What happens when your Chatter Pro subscription expires

After your current subscription period is over, you will not have access to any Chatter Pro features or benefits:

• You will not be able to set RocketChat goal while starting or scheduling live rooms.
• You and your group subscribers will not be able to access your subscriber groups.
• You will not be able to link your bank account or withdraw your revenue.
• You will not be able to access your analytics.
• Your verified badge will be removed.
• Character limit for posts will be reduced from 1000 to 300.
• You will not be able to set GIF avatars.
• You will not get priority support when we have high volume of support tickets.
• You will not have access to Chatter Studio.
